I can understand the two irons thing. Mine always runs out of water before I'm through. Also, if you find a good iron you'd better buy two before they discontinue it. Your organization is impressive and inspiring. (I'm glad that Simon appears to appreciate it as well...)
Truthfully -- one iron is for pressing and the other is all gunked up with the stuff on the back of fusible interfacing from doing applique -- although I quite like Sara's reasoning!
